As a first-time car owner, taking your car to a garage can feel a bit daunting, but the team at Rumney Test & Service Centre made the whole experience really easy and stress-free today.
Brian was incredibly helpful and quickly sorted out the issue with my car light. He explained everything clearly and made sure it was fixed properly. The lady Sara in the office was also very welcoming and friendly, which immediately put me at ease.
It’s great to find a garage where the staff are so relaxed, approachable, and genuinely helpful—especially when you’re new to owning a car. I really appreciated the excellent service today and would definitely recommend Rumney Test & Service Centre to others.

Succeeded where other garages wouldn't even try and removed 4 very stuck locking nuts. Friendly & helpful - thank you!
Excellent service ! So professional and easy to understand. Explained everything to me and went through the advisories after my service. This is my first visit to this garage so was a little anxious being a woman but i shouldnt have been as they were all lovely. Thankyou for your integrity. Would highly recommend this garage.
